Have you ever walked into a bathroom that just felt tired? That was exactly the case with this small guest bathroom in Flower Mound. The original space was purely functional, white tile, builder-grade cabinetry, and beige floors, but lacked personality.
With thoughtful updates and intentional design, I saw the opportunity to turn this compact bathroom into a space that felt elevated, cohesive, and welcoming. Inspired by my love for layered textures and calming palettes, I redesigned the room to bring charm, balance, and timeless appeal to an otherwise basic layout.
To make the most of the limited footprint, we introduced rich green cabinetry, a space-saving vanity, and a layout that improves both storage and flow. Gold-trimmed mirrors and hardware add warmth, while brushed nickel plumbing fixtures bring a clean contrast for a soft, modern mix.
Modern wall tile with subtle texture and movement adds depth to the shower surround, paired with a mosaic tile in the niche for added detail and dimension. Every element from material choices to mixed metals was selected to create a space that feels polished, personal, and perfectly suited for guests.
